Dr.
Cheryl & Pastor Jim Armstrong |
Dr. Cheryl Roush
Armstrong and Pastor Jim Armstrong have a strong ministry in church
structure, leadership development, functional faith and
practical Christian living.
God called Dr. Cheryl into ministry during 1986 in St. Louis,
while she was working for Roush Scientific, a medical
technology start-up, as evp marketing. Dr. Cheryl is a
graduate of Wagner Leadership Institute in Colorado Springs,
Colorado with a Doctorate in Practical Ministry. She
holds an MA in Theological Studies from McCormick Seminary in
Chicago, Illinois and she received her MDiv. from Covenant
Seminary in St. Louis. Dr. Armstrong previously
served as pastor of First Presbyterian Church of Marengo and
as the president of the Marengo-Union Interchurch Council.
Dr. Cheryl has also been a frequent guest speaker and has led
a number of retreats for various churches. Today, she
feels that her calling is to serve the Lord, wherever He leads
her, and to help bring about revival, beginning in Illinois
and Missouri, and then going to the nations.
During late 2002, Pastor Jim Armstrong was ordained to ministry by
Christian International as a co-laborer
with his wife at Fresh Harvest Church in Woodstock, Illinois.
Pastor Jim currently serves on the board of Fresh
Harvest Church and as the president of Fresh Harvest Ministries,
in addition to serving as president of James Armstrong &
Associates, Inc, which is a national media rep firm.
In many ways, Pastor Jim functions as an apostolic evangelist to a
lost and dying world.
He also preaches once each month from the pulpit, previously
led the
Bible Study/small group on Saturday morning at Valley Hi
Nursing Home, serves as adviser to the Crystal Lake chapter for
Aglow International and has been a retreat speaker in the
past. In addition, he was previously
the evangelism chair for the Marengo-Union Interchurch
Council.
Dr. Cheryl and Pastor Jim Armstrong have recently completed
the adoption their nephew, David Russell Roush, whose parents are
deceased. In addition, Pastor Jim has two grown children
and three lovely granddaughters.

Linda
Wright |
Linda
Wright serves the Lord at both Fresh Harvest Ministries and at
Fresh Harvest Church as our ministries coordinator by doing
the day-to-day, practical jobs at our church and in our
ministries that enable Dr. Cheryl
and Jim to function in a more strategic way. Linda
previously served as ministries coordinator at First
Presbyterian Church of Marengo in Marengo, Illinois.
This Christian woman also serves as a board member of Fresh
Harvest Ministries. She said that she is excited to be
involved with an
organization, which is "on the cutting edge of what God
is doing today in His church."
Linda has attended a number of Christian conferences on the
prophetic and apostolic move of God today and she also
functions at Fresh Harvest Church as the small group leader
for church members and others, who have already completed the
Holy Spirit Encounter Bible Study.
She also makes pastoral calls to church members and others for
body ministry.
Linda has lived most of her life in McHenry County, Illinois,
where she graduated from Marengo High School.
